Oberlin Realty LLC acquired a 21.3k sf, office, flex, R&D building in Sorrento Mesa for $5.3 mil ($249/sf). The buyer plans to occupy the entire building, which it will utilize for its biotech business.
Located at 10179 Huennekens St, the freestanding, two-story property sits on a prominent corner location directly off Mira Mesa Blvd, and positioned just minutes from Interstate 805. It was sold by Pangea Properties LLC.
Brant Aberg and Ryan Downing with Cushman & Wakefield San Diego represented the seller in its disposition of the asset.
