Dollinger Properties closed on a San Diego-area office buy, paying $15.31 mil for Viewridge Business Park, a three-building, 72.8k sf ($210/sf) office park in Kearny Mesa.
Viewridge Business Park is situated on 3.7 acres at 4711, 4715 and 4719 Viewridge Ave, north of Balboa Ave and west of I-15. The property has immediate access to most of the county’s major commuter thoroughfares, including Interstates 15 and 805 and State Routes 163 and 52.
Viewridge Business Park has received $2.5 mil in capital improvements over the last four years. The complex, consisting of two-story buildings, is 93% leased to a diverse tenant mix.
Bob Prendergast, Lynn LaChapelle and Sach Kirpalani with JLL the seller, California-based MIG Real Estate. Viewridge Business Park represents Dollinger Properties’ fourth acquisition in San Diego over the past 18 months.
