An 11k sf, two-building skilled nursing complex in El Cajon sold for $3.75 mil ($341/sf). Together, the buildings contain 47 beds and are located on a more than three-acre parcel in East San Diego County.
The property is located at 675 East Bradley Ave, just east of Hwy 67. After the previous tenant and nursing care provider operated out of this property for more than 25 years, the buyer, Generations Healthcare – a skilled nursing and rehabilitation provider across California – will continue to operate the facility and potentially construct additional buildings on site in the future.
