A freestanding, 6.4k sf medical office building in Carlsbad sold for $4.85 mil, or $758/sf. Located at 2020 Cassia Rd, the building is currently divided into three suites, each with their own exterior entrance. The building is slated to become a future Otolaryngology office, offering medical and surgical treatment of ear, nose and throat disorders in adults and children.
Amy McNamara and Ryan Foley of Colliers International represented the seller, Midwest Investment Properties LLC. The buyer, 2020 Cassia, was repped by Cresa Global’s Simon Terry-Lloyd.
“This sale represents a rare opportunity to purchase a freestanding owner-user medical building,” said McNamara. “Medical offices are in high demand and there are limited existing sites of this caliber in North San Diego County.”
