OnPoint Development has acquired a 3.728-acre retail land parcel in Oceanside for $4.5 mil ($28/sf). OnPoint plans to develop a multi-tenant retail center including a gas station and car wash on the site, located at 3340 Mission Ave, adjacent to Hwy 76 at Foussat Rd.
Josh McFadyen of Colliers International represented the seller, RJ Land Company L.P. OnPoint Development was repped by Bill Neece of Neece Commercial.
“The corridor along SR 76 is growing quickly and is becoming increasingly popular for new retail development to deliver much-needed services to the area,” said McFadyen. “This is one of the last parcels left for development and the planned development will complement the services offered by surrounding business parks.”
