A seven-unit apartment complex in the Point Loma neighborhood of San Diego sold for $2.1 mil, or $300k per unit. Point Loma is a popular area in San Diego, offering many amenities and recreational activities for residents and visitors.
The two-story property is located at 3020 Macaulay St and consists of four one-bed/one-bath units and three two-bed/two-bath units. The property was originally constructed in the late 1950s and was recently renovated with new countertops, cabinetry, flooring and bathrooms within each unit, along with light exterior upgrades. There is also partially covered parking.
Ray Adams, Clark Rorbach and Michael Biddick with Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller, a private investor. Rorbach and Adams also repped the buyer, 3020 Macaulay LLC.
