The buyer, The Chasin Coleman Trust, out of San Diego, was represented by Terry Moore, CCIM, of ACI. Moore has represented the buyer on multiple transactions. The seller, also from San Diego, Kenwood LLC, was repped by Jeff Goodall Jr. of Berkshire Hathaway.
