A 6.2-acre retail land parcel in Oceanside sold for $5 mil ($115/sf). Located at 4170-4196 Oceanside Blvd, the parcel is currently developed as the Plaza Rancho del Oro retail center.
Tenants at the 168k sf retail center include Albertsons, Planet Fitness, U.S. Bank, and Postal Annex, among others. The property is located along Oceanside and College Boulevards, with easy access to Highways 76 and 78.
Jay Arnett, Bill Barnett and Doug Hogan of Colliers International represented the seller, a private family trust. The buyer, PRDO Retail Investors LP, was self-represented.
“After developing the Rancho Plaza del Oro retail center in 1991 and owning the buildings for nearly three decades, the buyer had a unique opportunity to also acquire the land the retail center is located on,” said Jay Arnett.
