El Dorado Park, an 8.27-acre mobile home community located in San Marcos, sold for $11.5 mil. The property is located at 1515 Capalina Rd, west of I-15 and just north of Hwy 78.
El Dorado Park includes 93 mobile home spaces and one single-family home. The age-restricted community features a recreation facility, pool, meeting room, kitchen and bar, guest parking, on-site laundry facilities and outdoor storage areas.
Ciara Trujillo and David Santistevan of Colliers International represented the seller, Carlsbad Shores LLC. The buyer, El Dorado SM LLC, had no outside representation. According to Trujillo, El Dorado Park is a turnkey, value-add investment for the buyer.
