Skyline Displays of San Diego signed a $2.4 mil lease for a 17.6k sf warehouse property in El Cajon. The property is located at 1940 Weld Blvd, south of Hwy 52 and east of Hwy 125.
Skyline, an industry leader in trade show displays throughout the southwest, is relocating from its previous location in Sorrento Mesa and will use this property for its corporate headquarters. The move will allow the company room for growth and repositioning in the marketplace.
The lessor, Silvergate Financial, was represented by Robbie Cornell and James Renner of Inland Pacific Commercial Properties. Jeff Saywitz with Voit Real Estate Services repped the tenant in the deal. The lease term was not disclosed.
