Sudberry Properties has commenced construction on The Hub at Scripps Ranch, a mixed-use redevelopment project on 9.52 acres. The development is located at 9850 Carroll Canyon Rd, just east of I-15, at the gateway to Scripps Ranch. It is situated within walking distance of the Scripps Ranch Business Center and such employers as Teledyne API, National University, and Gamma Scientific.
The Hub will feature 260 luxury apartments with plentiful amenities and approximately 11k sf of retail/restaurant space. The Hub at Scripps Ranch is anticipated to open in phases, with the first apartments and commercial spaces available for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The Hub will include five four-story garden-style residential buildings, a leasing center, a 2k sf gym, a lounge, a terrace overlooking a beautifully landscaped pool area and high visibility locations for restaurants and retailers. Beautifully appointed apartments will feature one to three bedrooms and range from 614 sf to 1.4k sf in size. Interior amenities include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, wood-style flooring and in-unit washers and dryers.
The project development team includes MVE Architecture, Reylenn Construction Company, Inc., general contractor, Pasco Laret Suiter & Associates (PLSA), civil engineering and land planning, GroundLevel Landscape Architecture, and Design Tec, Inc., interior design. Matt Mosser of Retail Insite is responsible for leasing.
