Tower Investments LLC paid $13.6 mil for the condominium retail spaces at the Harbor Club, a premier residential and retail building located in the heart of Downtown San Diego.The space, totalling 42.8k sf ($318/sf), is located in downtown’s Marina District at 285 J Street, 100 J Street, 200 Harbor Drive and 330 Third Ave. It is also within walking distance to the famed Gaslamp Quarter.
The property features a strong list of tenants already in place. Current tenants include Morton’s The Steakhouse, Striders Clubhouse, Robert Cromeans Salon, San Diego Wine & Culinary Event Center and the Luxe Lounge and Spa.
Bill Shrader of Colliers International represented the buyer and the seller, One Harbor LLC.
“Harbor Club is an iconic building that is home to not only residents, but a lively mix of services and restaurants that continue to draw customers from around the region to the Marina area,” noted Shrader.
