A two-story, net-leased retail property located in Downtown San Diego sold for $2.38 mil. The property is located at 3338 Kettner Blvd, between I-5 and Pacific Hwy, adjacent to San Diego International Airport.
Marc Posthumus of Colliers International represented the seller, LuxView Properties. Evan McDonald, also with Colliers, repped the buyer, the Ricardo Garcia da Rosa Trust.
“Hertz Car Sales currently holds a long-term lease for the operation of a car dealership,” said Posthumus. “With few investment opportunities available in the Downtown San Diego area, the new ownership acquired a well-located, leased property that will produce a steady income.”
