Phase 3 Real Estate Partners has begun construction at 4224 Campus Point Court, a two-story, 102k sf building within GENESIS Campus Point. GENESIS Campus Point is a three-building, 314.1k sf life science campus in the UTC submarket of San Diego.
Redeveloped from traditional office space, 4224 Campus Point Court is being transformed into a Class A, state-of-the-art life science building with floor-to-ceiling View Dynamic Glass and flexible laboratory systems. The dramatic and unique atrium incorporated into the design of the facility not only draws attention to the building and the campus, but creates an attractive common space for collaboration and social interaction, and provides natural lighting to the facility through the use of skylights.
The 4224 Campus Point building features suites ranging from 7k sf to 19k sf with completion scheduled for April 2019. Chad Urie and Grant Schoneman with JLL are handling the leasing duties.

The campus offers an underground parking facility and an amenity building that features a fitness center with a lap pool, yoga studio, spin studio and showers/lockers, and an on-site restaurant/bar, coffee shop and training/conference centers.
