A 20.9k sf, former church property in San Diego’s University Heights neighborhood sold for $3.6 mil ($172/sf). It was sold by the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church.
The buyer, Jomer LLC, could redevelop the parcel into a mixed-use project comprised of up to 34 residential units and a commercial element. The property is located at 4473 30th St, west of I-805 and north of El Cajon Blvd.
David Santistevan, Erin McKinley, Gunder Creager and Ciara Trujillo of Colliers International’s San Diego Land Team represented both parties in the transaction.
“With the potential for residential redevelopment, this site could help deliver much-needed residential housing opportunities in the heart of University Heights and North Park neighborhoods,” commented Santistevan.
