A 19-unit apartment building in San Diego’s University Heights area sold for $5.25 mil ($276k/unit).
The building, constructed in 1970, is located at 4560 Florida St, south of I-8 between I-805 and Hwy 163. The property contains a mix of 13 two-bedroom units and six one-bedroom units.
The seller, the Kathryn Hattox Trust, was represented by Jim Scott of Scott & Quinn Real Estate. Eric Comer, Jim Neil, and Merrick Matricardi with Kidder Mathews repped the buyer, George Mazis of the Mazis Family Trust. The property will be managed by Altas Management Group, a local apartment management company.
