In a recent industrial sales comp from San Diego County, Grifols Diagnostic Solutions Inc paid $14.63 mil for a 73.5k sf ($199/sf) industrial warehouse property on just over 4.8 acres. The property is located at 10895 Thornmint Rd, west of I-15 in the Rancho Bernardo area, within 4S Business Park.
David Harper of Colliers International San Diego Region represented Grifols Diagnostic Solutions. The company is a global healthcare company that develops life-saving plasma medicines, diagnostics systems, and hospital pharmacy products. San Diego-based Besalu Capital LLC was the seller.
“With this acquisition, Grifols now controls nearly 190k sf in the 4S Business Park, which will facilitate the company’s long range growth plans,” noted Harper.
