Exeter plans to build a 200k sf industrial distribution building on the site in conjunction with Badiee as the project developer.
The 10.9-acre campus is located at 1925 and 2005 Harmony Grove Rd, west of I-15 and south of Hwy 78. Construction is set to commence in Q4 2017 with an estimated completion in summer 2018.
Mike Erwin of Colliers International represented Badiee in the deal. Chris Holder and Mark Lewkowitz, also with Colliers, repped Exeter.
