A 3.47-acre residential land parcel located within the Pacific Highlands Ranch community in San Diego sold for $9.73 mil ($64/sf). The property is situated on the north side of Village Center Loop Rd, adjacent to The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch.
The buyer, KB Home Coastal, an entity of KB Home, plans to develop 69 townhomes on the property with construction expected to begin before the end of 2017.
David Santistevan of Colliers International’s San Diego Land Team represented the buyer and the seller, Pacific Carmel AFG, LLC.
“This project will provide highly demanded, upscale townhomes in one of the premier master-planned residential communities in San Diego County,” said David Santistevan, Senior Executive Vice President at Colliers International San Diego Region.
