Buchanan Street Partners LP has purchased Carlsbad Corporate Office, a 121.5k sf office building in Carlsbad, for $19.5 mil, or around $160/sf. Located at 1950 Camino Vida Roble, north of Palomar Airport Rd and adjacent to McClellan-Palomar Airport, the building is fully leased to three tenants.
The building was sold by Pacific Realty Advisors, who originally bought the asset in October 2012 for $16.8 mil. Over the years, Pacific Realty Advisors has owned over 1 msf of space in the San Diego area.
Brad Tecca and Rick Reeder with DTZ (formerly Cassidy Turley) brokered the transaction for on behalf of the buyer and the seller.
