A 61k sf, multitenant industrial property in San Diego known as Soledad Business Park sold for $6.7 mil ($110/sf). The property is located at 8250-8260 Camino Santa Fe, east of I-805 and just north of Miramar Rd in the Miramar area.
The two-building property is located on a 3.66 acre parcel and is 65% occupied by eleven tenants. The new owner plans to modernize and upgrade the property as to take advantage of increasing rental rates, as well as the property’s excellent location and visibility.
Arnold Friedman and Evan McDonald of Colliers International represented the seller, Shekhter Living Trust, and the buyer, Providence Capital Group. Friedman and McDonald will also handle leasing for the new owners.
