Two multitenant retail centers in San Diego County sold for $8.95 mil. The properties, Plaza Mayor and Otay Crossroads, are located at 2493-2495 Roll St, 9660 Via De La Amistad, and 2445-2455 Otay Center Dr in Otay Mesa.
Plaza Mayor is 39.9k sf in size and is situated on 2.24 acres. Otay Crossroads is 25.6k sf in size and is situated on 3.91 acres, which includes two 30k sf vacant pads. Both centers are ideally located near the 905 Fwy and San Diego/US Mexico Port of Entry and have mix of national, regional and local retailers, restaurants, and services with a combined occupancy of 79%.
