Interpreta has signed a new long-term lease worth $2 mil in Torrey Pines for a 20.3k sf corporate HQ and lab space. Interpreta will be relocating from La Jolla to a newly renovated campus-style facility located at 10578 Science Center Drive in the Torrey Ridge Science Center
Interreta’s new space features pharma-quality infrastructure and numerous on-site amenities, including a full-service cafeteria with indoor and outdoor dining, conference and training facilities, a fitness center and walking trails with exercise stations. The company plans to take occupancy in the first quarter of 2015.
The landlord, Legacy Partners, was represented by Rich Danesi and Ryan Egli of the CBRE Life Sciences Group. Todd Holley, of Voit represented Interpreta.
Interpreta is creating the world's first nanodiagnosis system. Their technology finds diagnoses by interpreting precise molecular data (DNA, RNA, and protein sequence data) in combination with a clinical medical record in real-time. Using DNA and RNA sequencing instruments enables Interpreta to replace traditional ‘wet’ chemistry with software algorithms that can find and identify all possible diagnoses at one-time (tumors, infections, drug overdose, inborn errors, toxins, deficiencies).
