Moss Adams LLP has signed a 10-year, $9.47 mil lease for 18.6k sf ($4.24.sf.mo) of top floor space at the new La Jolla Commons Tower I in La Jolla. The building, the newest high-rise in San Diego’s UTC submarket, is located at 4747 Executive Dr, north of La Jolla Village Dr and west of Genesee Ave.
Moss Adams will move into its new space the first quarter of 2015. The company is relocating from offices they have occupied in Stonecrest in Kearny Mesa for the past 10 years.
Duncan Dodd, SIOR, of Cassidy Turley’s San Diego office represented Moss Adams in the transaction. The landlord, HSPF La Jolla Commons I Investors LLC, was repped by Matthew Carlson, Eric Northbrook and Chris High of Cushman & Wakefield.
