In a recent San Diego County industrial comp, a private investor paid $6.15 mil for a 56.4k sf ($109/sf) building in Poway. The property, located at 12250 Kirkham Rd, was sold by Atomic Investments Inc.
Brian Mulvaney, CCIM, SIOR, Senior Vice President and Josh West, Associate, both in Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office, represented the seller in the deal.
According to Mulvaney, “Atomic Investments acquired the 50% leased property on a speculative basis, understanding that there is a very limited supply of available options in the 20k sf to 30k sf size range in the Poway submarket.”
