A 70.7k sf industrial business park in El Cajon recently sold for $5.77 mil ($82/sf). Built in 1971, the property sits on a four-acre site at 474-500 Raleigh Ave in the city’s downtown.
The property offers easy access to SR-125, I-8, Hwy 67 and Hwy 52. It is currently 100% leased to such tenants as Ametek, Inc and Triumph Fabrications. The buyer, Propco LP, plans to hold the property as an investment.
