The property, built in 1994, is a rare auto repair facility with drive-through circulation. Other amenities include eight electric-powered grade-level doors, fenced yard, durable concrete driveways, three restrooms, kitchen, locker room and general office space.
Adam Molnar of Colliers International represented the seller, the Redman Family Trust. Tim Clepper of San Diego Commercial repped the buyer, Pharel Group LLC.
