Shea Homes recently purchased an approved 73-lot Tentative Map on 8.55 acres in Vista for $7.65 mil. The property is located on the east side of East Vista Way just south of Warmland Ave.
The project is planned as a gated community with lot sizes averaging 3.2k sf. Home sizes are expected to range from 1.8k sf to 2k sf each.
Ciara Layne-Trujillo, David Santistevan, and Gunder Creager of Colliers International represented Shea Homes and the seller, Hallmark Communities.
