Harvey Inc has acquired a 24.5k sf office building in Kearny Mesa for $2.7 mil ($110/sf). The building is located at 9455 Ridgehaven Ct, south of Balboa Ave and east of Ruffin Rd.
The building will serve as Harvey’s new headquarters following extensive interior and exterior improvements. The company, a commercial general contracting firm, is relocating and expanding from 8.5k sf it currently occupies at 8973 Complex Dr, also in Kearny Mesa.
The 9455 Ridgehaven Court office building is one of two buildings in Ridgehaven Office Park and sits on a 1.13-acre site. The two-story building offers extensive, window-lined offices with mountain views. Harvey’s expected move-in date is December 2013 when renovations are complete.
Cassidy Turley Senior Managing Director Glenn Arnold, SIOR, in the firm’s San Diego UTC office, represented the buyer, HIP HQ LLC, dba Harvey Inc. The seller, Lyons-Warren Partners, was repped by Richard Lee of Commercial Facilities Inc.
