A 73k sf industrial food processing facility in Otay Mesa sold for $4.04 mil. The property, located at 7651 St. Andrews Ave, east of Britannia Blvd and north of the border with Baja California, was purchased by the Tarantino Family Trust.
Arthur Bleier, Senior Vice President and Nick Price, Senior Associate, of Voit Real Estate Services’ San Diego office represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller, Comerica Bank was represented by David Rosenthal.
The buyer plans to use the space for meat, sausage, and dry spices production. “Our client purchased a state of the art food processing facility that will help grow their company for decades to come, at well below replacement cost,” stated Price.
