Cassidy Turley has been awarded property management responsibilities for three portfolios totaling 2 msf of office, industrial and retail space in metro San Diego within just the past 60 days. The new assignments bring Cassidy Turley’s total assets under management locally to more than 5 msf and to 28 msf regionally in California and Arizona.
In July, Cassidy Turley was awarded the Hazard Portfolio, which totals 530k sf of industrial, office and retail space throughout San Diego County. This assignment was followed in early August with the Josepho Portfolio, owned by Roy and Bobbi Josepho, which totals 650k sf of retail, office and industrial space. Most recently, MIG Real Estate, an investment firm based in Newport Beach, signed Cassidy Turley to manage a seven-building office portfolio totaling 650k sf.
Cassidy Turley’s Southwest Property Management Division was launched in 2010 in Cassidy Turley’s main San Diego offices in UTC. The division has since grown to a group of 25 real estate specialists and maintenance professionals in the San Diego area. Members in the group have strong backgrounds in lender negotiations, finance and capital preservation; construction management; property management; marketing and leasing; value engineering; and asset management and stabilization.
