A 9.9k sf office building in La Mesa was purchased by Friska Global Enterprises and Company LLC for $2.23 mil, or $225/sf. The building is located at 7051 Alvarado Rd, east of Lake Murray Blvd on the south side of I-8.
The seller, Alvarado Building LLC, was represented by Derek Hulse and Derek Applbaum of Colliers International. The buyer was repped by Kayhan Missaghi of Century 21 Award. The buyer plans to operate the space for general office and medical purposes.
“This property was the only freeway visible office building of less than 10k sf available in La Mesa,” commented Hulse, Associate Vice President of Colliers International, “When there is very low inventory of this type of product, sellers will see their asset trade for a premium as was the case with this transaction.”
