A 65k sf industrial building in Vista sold for $5.56 mil ($86/sf). The property is located at 1081 Poinsettia Ave, south of the confluence of Sycamore Ave and Hwy 78.
The manufacturing and corporate headquarters facility, located in the south Vista industrial area, includes over 9k sf of over-standard office space, upgraded sprinkler systems, and extensive glass lines.
The seller, Symphony Asset Pool XIV, was represented by Henry Zahner and Jon Busse, both Senior Vice Presidents of Colliers International. The buyer, B Group Holdings Inc, was repped by Joe McDermott, CCIM.
Last year, Brown Safe Manufacturing, a safe and vault company, leased the building in a 90-month deal worth $3.44 mil ($0.59/sf). Brown Safe Manufacturing will continue to operate in the space. Zahner and Busse repped Symphony Asset Pool XIV in that transaction as well.
