Doosan Bobcat North America inked a five-year, $15.1 mil lease for a newly constructed, 139.4k sf ($1.80/sf/mo) state-of-the-art distribution facility in Fullerton. The company is a manufacturer and distributor of tractor equipment.
The LEED Silver-certified property is located at 1901 E. Via Burton, north of the 91 Fwy and west of the 57 Fwy. It will serve as the tenant’s West Coast corporate headquarters for their tractor distribution operations.
Randy Ellison of Cushman & Wakefield represented Doosan Bobact in the transaction. Michael Hefner, SIOR and Mike Vernick, SIOR, CCIM with Voit Real Estate Services repped the landlord, Rexford Industrial Realty.
