Miguel's Jr inked a 15-year, $2.5 mil lease for 3.3k sf ($4.20/sf/mo) of restaurant space in Santa Ana. Miguel's Jr has taken occupancy of a former Burger King drive thru location situated at 1766 E McFadden Ave. The property, an outparcel pad constructed in 1988, boasts excellent street visibility on McFadden Ave and is a part of the McFadden Center, a 180k sf, multi-tenant retail and industrial park.
The pad is centrally located in Santa Ana, with a Walk Score of 79 and immediate access from the 55 and 5 Freeways. There are 33,558 households within a 2-mile radius of the property, making it an ideal location for a restaurant. Miguel's Jr is a Mexican drive-through chain offering burritos, tacos, and other classics in a modern space.
