An affiliate of Rockwood Capital LLC has acquired 580 Anton, a five-story, 250-unit luxury apartment community in Costa Mesa. The property was sold by Legacy Partners. A price was immediately disclosed.
580 Anton features a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedroom residences with top-of-the-line luxury finishes and amenities. Legacy Partners acquired the land in May 2015, broke ground in 2016, and began leasing in 2018. Legacy Partners will retain management of the property.
580 Anton is located in the Town Center of Costa Mesa, and sits amidst 78 restaurants, as well as within walking distance from the Segerstrom Center for the Performing Arts and world-class shopping at the prestigious South Coast Plaza. Nearby access to Interstate 405 and 73 Toll Road also seamlessly connects residents with all of Orange County, including Newport Beach and John Wayne Airport, and the greater Los Angeles area.
