Amp Research, a leading automotive parts manufacturer, signed a new lease for 104.9k sf of industrial space in Brea. Amp Research will use the space, located at 3172 Nasa St, for its west coast distribution center which it is relocating and expanding from a building in Tustin.
JLL’s Steve Wagner and Zach Niles represented the landlord, CheckerProp, in the lease. Amp Research was repped by John Collins of Lee & Associates.
“We had tremendous interest in this space as there are very few Class A options available in Orange County,” said Wagner. “Amp Research was attracted to the property’s modern design, 32-foot minimum warehouse clearance, eye-catching office improvements, large/secured concrete truck court and ability to expand in the building in the future.”
