Intracorp has broken ground on a new 178-unit Class A apartment development at 2055 Main Street in the heart of the Irvine Business Complex (IBC) in Irvine. The project, located at 2055 Main, on the corner of Main St and Gillette Ave, will be Intracorp’s first for-rent multifamily development and fourth ground-up project in the IBC.
Situated on 2.23 acres, 2055 Main will feature five stories of residential living in a modern geometric design. Amenities include a dynamic rooftop deck featuring a resort-style pool and spa, entertainment pavilion, expansive LED wall, lounge areas, barbeques, and a game area.
Other best-in-class amenities will include a state-of-the-art fitness center, sunken amphitheater, outdoor dining areas, fire features, business center, and social club. Close to Irvine’s employment hub and within minutes of John Wayne Airport, the 5, 405 and 55 freeways, 2055 Main will be walkable to many of Irvine’s top employers. Upon completion, leasing on the project is anticipated to begin in summer 2023.
