A 50.6k sf industrial building at 1480 N. Hancock St in Anaheim sold for $13.1 mil ($259/sf). The buyer was Moriel Real Estate LLC, who also owns an adjacent building.
Situated on two and one-half acres, 1480 N. Hancock Street is a concrete tilt-up facility with six ground-level and dock-high doors. Located in the heart of Orange County, the building is located just north of the 91 Fwy, providing transportation access to all of Southern California.
The Klabin Company’s Todd N. Taugner, SIOR, Max Farkas and Zach Middleton, along with Chiho Ikegami of Relo Redac Inc, represented the seller, Nissei America Inc in the transaction. The buyer was repped by Brian Chastain and Chuck Wilson of Colliers. According to Taugner, Nissei America is moving its headquarters to Texas, where it has built out a huge, state-of-the-art production facility.
