Inari Medical Inc signed a lease for 120.6k sf of space in Irvine. The firm, a commercial-stage medical device company focused on developing products to treat and transform the lives of patients suffering from venous diseases, will utilize the space for expansion and relocation of its Irvine manufacturing and office location.
The lease is within a 161.6k sf facility located at 6001 Oak Canyon, west of I-5 off Jeffrey Rd. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
JLL’s Steve Wagner and Zach Niles represented Inari in the lease. The landlord, The Irvine Company, was represented in-house by Sue Lyle.
According to JLL’s Third Quarter Orange County Industrial Insights Report, the local industrial market experienced a spike in both demand and leasing activity in the past three months with Q3 leasing activity reaching its highest level since 2014. There were 57 total leases in the third quarter of 2020, totaling over 2 msf, 15% higher than the third quarter average in the past five years.
