The Chicago School of Professional Psychology signed a lease for the entire 22.8k sf, 12th floor at Stadium Tower in Anaheim. Terms of the deal were not given out.
Stadium Tower is a Class A, high-rise office building located at 2400 East Katella Ave in the city’s Platinum Triangle neighborhood. The property offers direct on-site access to the train platform—and walkway access to the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC).
The landlord was represented by Rick Warner, Peter Wells and Chip Warner of CBRE. The tenant was repped by teams from C&W and NKF.
“The Chicago School of Professional Psychology chose this space due to its superb location within minutes of the confluence of the 57/5/22 Freeways and with walkway access to the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center, including Amtrak and Metro Link,” said Warner. “This amazing project is also at the epicenter of the expansions of the Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium, which will include the addition of millions of square feet of hotels, offices, restaurants, housing and world-class entertainment. We believe that the property’s state-of-the-artwork spaces will continue to be relevant and in high demand for forward-thinking employers in the years to come.”
