James Malone and Michael Freiberg have joined JLL as Executive Vice Presidents in Los Angeles, while Xavier Nolasco has also joined the firm as Vice President in Orange County.
Malone will be based in Downtown Los Angeles, focused on partnering with JLL’s tenant representation and agency leasing brokers to grow the business in the region. He will also continue working with investor and occupiers on their commercial real estate needs. Freiberg will be focused on growing JLL’s tenant representation brokerage business and will be working out of the company’s Century City office. Nolasco will be working with JLL’s Steve Wagner and Zach Niles representing owners and occupiers in the leasing and sales of industrial properties throughout Orange County.
Malone rejoins JLL, where he worked from 2003 to 2013. Following his first tenure with JLL, he served as vice president of leasing for a global real estate services firm followed by working as senior managing director at a national commercial real estate brokerage firm. Malone has over 20 years of professional experience in real estate brokerage leadership, agency leasing, corporate services, real estate development and law.
Freiberg joins JLL from a national commercial real estate broker firm where he served as senior managing director. Throughout his 30-year career in commercial real estate, Freiberg has represented high-profile West Los Angeles tenants in the entertainment field as well as other leading industries.
Nolasco began his commercial real estate career in 2012, most recently serving as a senior associate at a national commercial real estate firm for the past five years. Throughout his career he has completed more than 250 industrial leasing and sales transactions.
