Holliday Rock Company paid $4.4 mil for a 44.9k sf industrial site in Irvine. The property, located at 16221 Construction Circle E, was sold by Chandlers Corp, who is shifting their business model during this period of unknown market balance.
Holiday Rock has been in business for over eighty years as one of the largest independent producers of asphalt, aggregate and concrete. The company is looking to expand its aggregate stone operations locally.
