Magnolia Court, a 21-unit multifamily property in Anaheim, was purchased by a private investor for $6.3 mil, or $300k per unit. Constructed in 1987, the property is located at 527-537 N. Magnolia, within three miles of three major Southern California freeways, the I-5, SR 91 and SR 39.
Magnolia Court is comprised of 21 two-bedroom/two-bathroom units. The 20.5k sf, two-story property features central heat and air, on-site laundry facilities and 42 parking spaces.
CBRE’s Dan Blackwell and Sean Farag represented the buyer in the transaction. The seller was repped by an outside firm.
