5/21/20

Fairmont Private Schools, an Orange County-based private institution, acquired a private school campus in San Juan Capistrano in a $22.75 mil transaction. The property was sold by Saddleback Valley Christian.

Located at 26333 Oso Rd, the two-building campus includes over 60 classrooms for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade education. The campus was originally built in 2006 and was expanded in 2010. The transaction included all the seller’s furniture, fixtures and equipment.

The property is located immediately off Oso Rd in San Juan Capistrano, approximately one half-mile from the I-5 Fwy. Fairmont Private Schools currently has four campuses in Central and North Orange County, with a total of more than 1,800 students.

CBRE’s Rick Sherburne represented Fairmont, which intends to immediately engage in enrollment for the 2020/2021 school year. The seller was repped by an outside firm. Shaun Moothart of CBRE organized financing for on behalf of the buyer.
