A private investor paid $7.05 mil for Westminster Golden Center, a 16.5k sf ($427/sf) shopping center in the Little Saigon submarket of Westminster.
Westminster Golden Center is located at the southwest corner of Westminster Blvd and Swan Ave in Westminster. The property consists of three retail buildings with eleven retail suites on 1.5 acres.
Michael C. Matter and Aveesh Singroha with Marcus & Millichap represented the seller, a private investor. The buyer was also repped by Matter and Singroha.
