National executive suites operator Premier Business Centers (PBC) has signed a lease for a new OC location at the prestigious Towne Centre Plaza, located at 26632 Towne Centre Dr in Foothill Ranch. The Class A property is located between Alton and Lake Forest Dr on Bake Pkwy, overlooking the 241 Toll-Road (Foothill Transportation Corridor).
Premier’s new executive suite is currently being built out and will be opening Mid-March. The Irvine-based firm leased 10.8k sf of space on the 3rd floor, and will provide 50 offices, two conference rooms, a kitchen and a stylish reception / lobby area.
The newly built-out business center will offer a high-end professional corporate environment and is located in the upscale area of Foothill Ranch in South Orange County. PBC offers first class executive office space and provides an array of amenities and services that are essential for any successful business.
