In their latest move, OC-based Premier Business Centers has leased 16.6k sf on the 10th floor in downtown Bellevue’s Plaza Center, located at 10900 NE 8th St in Bellevue, WA. This will be Premier’s second location in Bellevue and their fourth in the state of Washington. It is the firm’s 18th new location in just over two years,
The Plaza Center is a 15-story, Class A building and is LEED-EBOM Silver Certified. This location provides easy access to I-405, I-90 and State Route 520. The center has convenient 6-level on-site parking and is located in Bellevue’s CBD near The Shops at The Bravern. Premier’s space will consist of 70 offices, two conference rooms, a kitchen and a reception area.
