Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills – a Fletcher Jones Company – is relocating its dealership after agreeing to a long-term lease for a 37.6k sf space over .65 acres at 8825 Wilshire Blvd, on the west side of Robertson Blvd in Beverly Hills.
The company’s former Beverly Hills-adjacent space was nearby at 9250 Beverly Blvd. It will continue to use its existing service/repair center at 400 Foothill Rd in Beverly Hills. The new site provides Mercedes Benz and Fletcher Jones the platform to grow the brand and business in the high profile, high-street retail location of Beverly Hills.
Situated on Wilshire Blvd, the property offers unparalleled visibility and presence on Beverly Hills’ most traveled retail corridor. Surrounding this property are the retail showrooms of Ferrari, Pagani, McLaren, and Audi Beverly Hills, some of the most recognized names in exotic and luxury vehicle sales. Marshall Goldman Beverly Hills, luxury and exotic pre-owned car dealership, was the previous tenant and relocated across the street.
Jodi V. Meade, Principal & National Director of Avison Young’s Automotive Properties Group (APG) represented the landlord, 8825 Wilshire LLC. The tenant was self-represented in the deal. Terms of the lease were not disclosed.
“This dealership location was the last available automotive-zoned real estate in Beverly Hills with both sales and full-service bay capabilities,” said Meade. “It is a great, synergistic win for both the tenant and property owner. It is also a strategic move for Fletcher Jones to have a presence in the core of Beverly Hills, giving this highly successful franchisee the ability to further expand its already dominant Mercedez-Benz brand within the local market.”
Mercedes-Benz Beverly Hills opened its doors last month and is currently in the process of exterior remodeling that is anticipated to be completed later this year.
