Trademark Venues, an event venue company, paid $3.1 mil for a 9.3k sf, ($333/sf) freestanding industrial building in Vista. The property is located at 1210 Distribution Way, north of Sycamore Ave and east of Melrose Dr.
Trademark Venues will relocate its corporate headquarters and warehouse operations to the property, moving from Bonsall, CA. Occupancy is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
JLL’s Chris Baumgart represented the seller, Sun Ventures LLC, in the transaction. The buyer was repped by Billy Long of Balboa Real Estate brokerage firm.
